California fires 23-october-2007 via NASA Satellite

This image captured by NASA's Aqua satellite on October 23, 2007 and released October 24, shows the fires (marked in red) burning in Southern California. Strong Santa Ana winds were pushing smoke westward over the Pacific ocean and fires were strung along the mountains from locations near Santa Clarita, California to Tijuana, Mexico.
